Raptor Trainings
We are offering two optional Raptor trainings. One on Monday, August 21st at 8:15 and one on August 28th at 8:15. If you have watched the video, downloaded the app, and feel confident in using Raptor during our drills and/or emergencies, you do have to attend. Each training will be the same, so if you want to attend, you only have to attend ONE of them.
Reporting Facilities Issues
We want to recognize that there were some challenges in responding timely to Facilities requests in the 1st week of school.
Our Facilities team uses a work order system called Asset Essentials. All of you submit work order requests through IncidentIQ. And, these 2 systems were not talking to one another.
Not only that, but our Facilities team did not have full visibility to IncidentIQ which meant they did not get the detailed info related to the location of the A/C issues earlier in the week, as an example.
While these systems are still not talking to one another, a workaround has been created. We'll try the workaround for a week or two and make any necessary adjustments.
We recognize that this is an adjustment for many of us, and we appreciate your patience.

What is the process to submit a Facilities request for all F&S?
Please continue to leverage IncidentIQ as you always have. PLEASE put everything in Incident IQ!
What is the process to submit an emergency Facilities request for all F&S?
Please email Roberto Chavez (Roberto.Chavez@tdindustries.com) any issues that would be considered an emergency, such as A/C issues, flooding, etc.
What is the process if there is an event that needs to be booked?
Room should be reserved via Google calendar. This simply reserves the room - nothing else. (Note: this is a change from last year. We are no longer using Eduphoria to reserve rooms).
If the room needs to be cleaned or if tables need to be moved or chairs are needed, ANY set up and take down at all - please submit a request for Event Set-Up using IncidentIQ.
Students Who Come In Late
We have had some students come into the building after 8:30, during 1st or 5th period, but they have not gone to the attendance office first to check in late. If you have a student come into your 1st or 5th period class late, please remember to send them to the attendance office to check in. During all other class periods, if a student comes into our class late, please mark them tardy.
Vote - Students Standing
If you have not already, please vote HERE on whether you think students should stand when an adult enters the room.
