AP News:  If you use the Presentation Halls you might begin to see blue tape with a number at each table please remind your students not to remove it.  We are using those numbers for AP Testing.  Thank you!

April 26th - In-Service

Following Field Day, we will have an E-In-Service Day. Once students are dismissed you can work on grades, lesson plans, collaborate with colleagues, etc. And if you want to do that at home, I just ask that you remain on campus at least 30-minutes after the students are dismissed. We WILL need everyone's help during Field Day so get excited and get ready for a fun-filled morning!

• WHAT TO WEAR (color wars & joggers/jeans) 
• A quick summary - we will meet in the building in cohorts at 8:30. We will take attendance and then walk over to the ESC in cohorts. Once at the ESC, the students will disperse and the adults will head to their assigned stations/responsibilities for the day. We will all come together for awards at the end of the day at the baseball field and will then walk back over to the main building for dismissal.
• To make this day a success, we need YOU and YOUR HELP! 
• ADULT ASSIGNMENTS 
• LABELED MAP of the ESC to help you envision what the day will look like (in conjunction with the assignment list). 
• If something unexpected arises, please let Allie and I know as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary adjustments. Roof Update 

We officially have an executed contract with Texas Roof Management for the next phase of our roof repair.  Bishop Burns signed our contract on Thursday, April 18th.  Supplies are being ordered now. Work will commence next week on the West side (Sophomore House roof).   All workers on-site must have cleared background checks.  The noisy part of the roof repair is targeted for week-nights, weekends, and Summer 2024 when you are away from school.

Roberto Chavez has truly not had a vacation in over 2 years and he is headed to El Salvador to visit his Mom and Dad.  He will be away from JPII from April 18 - May 3, returning to JPII on Monday, May 6.  

While Roberto is away, any service requests or needs should be sent directly to Ed Badjan.  He will be your primary point person during these 2 weeks.
