Final Exam Reminder
Please note that names should be put on exams BEFORE exam day so that they'll know quickly who is/is not in attendance.  They can distribute them to kids as they walk in....or they can lay them out on desks before the students come in (and students find their exam when they enter). Whatever system makes sense to them is fine.  Thank you!

Senior Final Exams
If you are giving a final exam during one of the assemblies on Tuesday and Wednesday, please make sure you have contacted Julie Hopkins and have someone proctor if you cannot.

Spring 2024 Quick Reference Guide
Please take some time to review this! We have so much to celebrate next week but that means we have a lot of different bell schedules, seating charts, and more! Thank you, Julie Hopkins, for creating THIS document.

Student Supervision
Allie sent an email this week, but I would like to reiterate that you are responsible for the students in your classes. They need to stay in the classroom or gym, etc. at all times. You are welcome to take your classes outside or to different locations if you are with them the entire time. We should not have students unsupervised when they are supposed to be in class.

Study Day
The following message will be sent to all students.

FOR SENIORS ONLY:
Study Day will take place on Monday, May 20. Following the Senior Awards Ceremony at 10:00AM , Seniors are welcome to stay on campus to take advantage of this study time.  This is a day for students to come to campus, if needed, to meet with teachers and review before final exams that week.

Teachers will be on campus following the Senior Awards Ceremony from 11:15 AM - 3:30 PM, following their regular class schedule. Students are not required to come to campus and there will be no classes that day. They are welcome to come to campus to study and review but again, not required.

Since Seniors will be in uniform from the awards ceremony, they are required to remain in uniform for the remainder of the day if on campus.

FOR 9-11 GRADE:
Study Day will take place on Friday, May 24.  This is a day for students to come to campus, if needed, to meet with teachers and review before final exams the following week.

Teachers will be on campus from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with a lunch break. Students are not required to come to campus and there will be no classes that day. They are welcome to come to campus to study and review but again, not required.

We will not be serving breakfast or lunch on this day.

On this day, students may wear JPII Spirit Dress Down attire within the dress code.

We hope that our students can use this opportunity to study, catch up, or meet with their teachers if needed.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
