Calendar Updates
- The Pop Choir concert that was scheduled for tonight will be rescheduled.
- We will not be hosting the Cardinal Carnival this year in April so please remove this from your calendar. Instead, you can look forward to JPII's Trunk-or-Treat in the Fall! More details to come later.
Contract Timeline
Like last year, I will soon be sending out sign-ups for everyone to set up a meeting with me to review your contracts for next year. These meetings will begin the week after Spring Break.
Duty Stations
Please review THIS updated duty station very closely. If you see your name on the spreadsheet you must report to that duty station on the date and time that you are assigned to. While on duty, please make sure our students are behaving appropriately and cleaning up after themselves. It is very much appreciated!

Finance & Accounting Update
Department Budgets
As of today (Friday, Feb 23), we have now published updates to department budgets as of Jan 2024 YTD. If you are a department head or a budget owner, you have received a Google Sheet with the update and detailed activity for you to review.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to Brenda Alexander or Ashley McCarty if you have any questions on any activity or budget questions.
At the beginning of the schoolyear, we shared that our goal was to publish monthly updates on monthly spend by the 12th of the following month. We recognize that it has taken a bit longer than planned, but we are continuing to make progress to shorten the timeframe.
And, we do hope that the new Google sheets that we are publishing with the summary and detailed activity are helpful and a much easier format to use.
Purchasing Cards
Many of you have inquired about acquiring a school credit card. As of this month (Feb 2024), we have officially launched a pilot program with RAMP now that we have a few months of Paymerang in the rear view window.
RAMP provides credit cards and leverages a technology platform that we believe is user-friendly and efficient.
We are targeting May 2024 to share an update on this pilot credit card program with all.
New Key Procedure From Auggie
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security measures within our campus, we are implementing a key management policy update. We kindly request that employees who have been issued a master key (you will be emailed individually) return them to Auggie within 4 days of your email. To ensure a smooth transition, we will be issuing each employee with the appropriate key in exchange for the master. The deadline for the key exchange is imperative to maintain the security integrity of our campus. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
