Happy September Cardinal Family!
Announcements Procedure
Please remember that we have some new processes if you need to have announcements made over the PA or advertised in other places. This can be found on page 25 of the Faculty/Staff Handbook.
Announcements will be made at the beginning of the 2nd/6th periods and as needed.
Announcements from the faculty and staff should be turned in via THIS google form.
Announcements will be dated and approved by the appropriate personnel before being announced.
Any information distributed to teachers or parents must be approved by the appropriate Dean. Please turn in the material to be approved to the Assistant to the Deans.
Any information posted on any bulletin board in the student houses or teacher work areas must be approved by the Attendance Office and must be taken down after two weeks.
School-wide emails will automatically be reviewed by leadership before being sent to all faculty and staff and/or entire classes of students.
Class Meeting Agendas
Allie Choiniere will be planning the class meetings that we will have on most Tuesdays during cardinal break. If you would like to be considered to be on the agenda, please email her directly. Our first one is Tuesday, September 5th for freshmen.

Faculty Group Photo
At the end of our faculty meeting on Wednesday, October 4th, we will move to a different location (TBD) to take a full faculty team photo. We will be using this picture for many different things throughout the year!
Honor Code Violations
Please make sure to review the updated Academic Honor Code Policy that was created last year. If you have any questions, please contact Matt Krause, Honor Council Advisor.
Internal Substitute Pay
I wanted to make sure that everyone know that if you are ever asked to sub for another teacher during your conference period, you will be paid $35 per class and it will be in the following paycheck that you receive.
Morning Prayer and Announcements
If you are in the hallways during morning prayer, pledge, and announcements, please stop where you are until they are complete. We ask this of our students so we also need to do it. Thanks!
