The Catholic Diocese of Dallas has partnered with the Oklahoma Center for Education Policy to produce annual capacity reports for the Catholic schools. You are invited to participate in this study which asks your opinion regarding aspects of the school environment. These reports provide valuable information that is used for continuous school improvement, development, and student learning.
This year, we will analyze these surveys to identify key trends, including our greatest strengths and areas for growth. This valuable data, combined with the insights from our previously gathered strategic plan data, presents a significant opportunity to shape the next 20 years of JPII’s future.
Surveys are administered to principals, teachers, staff, parents, and students. All responses will remain strictly confidential and anonymous. Your personal information or survey responses will not be shared with anyone from the school.
You will receive a link to the electronic survey by email. The survey window opens on Monday, February 3, 2025 and will remain open until Friday, February 14, 2025. The survey email will be coming from noreply@qemailserver.com. Please check both your inbox and spam/junk for the survey link. If you do not receive one, please let me know.

RSVP for TECH SLAM 2025!
Calling All Staff! Join the Tech Team and the TCEA 2025 Convention attendees in the annual JPII Tech Slam, where we welcome any staff member to share a quick technology tip, tool, or tidbit. It can be subject-specific, a quick time-saving tip, a new website or tool you want to explore, a new feature update, or any technology tidbit that works for you! We hope to not only share what we learned at TCEA Convention & Expo 2025, but also to make the most of this opportunity for all staff to exchange great ideas & talk tech!
This will take place during a total of 8 sessions on Monday, Feb 10th and Tuesday, Feb 11th. We need an RSVP for lunch by Feb 4th.
Sing-O-Grams
Get ready for one of the best traditions at JPII! Students will have the opportunity to pay to send a song to someone, which will be sung by the JPII Pop Choir during one of their classes on Monday, February 10th! Teachers, please complete THIS form so students know that they are able to sing in your class and that your class is available for someone to be serenaded.
