CPR/First Aid/AED Class

There are still openings for a CPR/First Aid/AED class on Wednesday, October 2nd from 8:30-10:30 AM in the Freshman Presentation Hall. Let Ginny Spurrier know if you would like to come! You will receive 6 hours of professional development hours for the Diocese. If you can't make that class, there is another opportunity on Thursday, October 17 after school, from 4-6 PM. The classes are open to all.

The Diocese of Dallas Catholic Schools Conference will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025. This event will give our Diocesan community the opportunity to learn from one another! Call for Proposals Form can be found: HERE

Meeting Attendance & Absences

Beginning next month, your department chairs will be taking attendance at all mandatory meetings. If absences or tardiness become a pattern, it will be noted in your Professional Portfolio. If you are unable to attend a meeting for a valid reason, please let your department chair know as soon as possible. 

Senior Panoramic Picture

Senior Panoramic Photograph that will be taken on Tuesday (9/24) during Cardinal Break in the Large Competition Gym. All Senior teachers and all Administrators are invited to be in the photograph.

Taking Attendance

Please make sure to take accurate attendance within the first 10 minutes of each class. If you consistently do not take attendance or take attendance incorrectly it will be noted in your Professional Portfolio.

Taking Students Off-Campus

If teachers/coaches/sponsors are taking students off campus, please see Ginny Spurrier for help getting the Magnus App. You will have access to emergency student and parent information at your fingertips in case of injury or illness while off campus or on a field trip.
